Rental Program

  • The rental of a Residence will be done exclusively through the company rental program

  • The Owners wishing to place their unit in the rental program will sign a Rental Program agreement and will be able to rent their Residence as long as they wish

  • Blue World Voyages will take a management fee of 15% of the gross revenue to cover marketing and administration expenses

  • It is estimated that a rental period of +/- 23 weeks a year will cover the annual residence maintenance fee
